Missing

Jay Walter Burns, a 56-year-old man from Rochester, Pennsylvania, was last seen on January 25, 1984. That morning, he left his home to work the 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. shift at the J&L Steel Mill in Aliquippa but never arrived at his destination. Burns, who was married and wore a hearing aid (which he left behind), also suffered from a hearing impairment. He was last seen by his wife, and his blue 1974 Dodge sedan was later found abandoned on a bridge in Rochester, with the engine still running.
