On June 7, 2005, 56-year-old Charles Russell Beltz, known to his loved ones as Chuck, told his wife he was heading to the Clear Creek State Park area along the Clarion River in Spring Creek Township, Pennsylvania. He was last seen in the Hallton area of the township and was expected to return from his trip, but he never did.
