Charles Russell Beltz, a 56-year-old man from Spring Creek Township, Pennsylvania, was last seen on June 7, 2005. He was reported missing after he failed to return from a trip to the Hallton area. Beltz’s vehicle, a white 1992 Plymouth Caravan, was found parked at a campsite in Clear Creek State Park, but there was no sign of him.
