Lamar Stellfox, an 80-year-old man from Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, has been missing since June 6, 1994. Stellfox, who suffered from Alzheimer's disease, disappeared while taking a routine walk near his home. Due to his condition, there were immediate concerns about his safety, as he could easily become disoriented. Despite extensive searches and efforts by the community and authorities, no significant leads or traces of Stellfox have ever been found.
