Virginia Mary Tobkin, aged 29, was last seen on June 1, 1984, in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area of Minnesota. Originally from Perham, Otter Tail County, she vanished under unclear circumstances, and very little information has been revealed about the events leading up to her disappearance. Tobkin stood 5'7", weighed 150 pounds, and had brown hair and blue eyes at the time she went missing. Despite extensive searches, no significant leads have surfaced to explain what happened to her.
