William Ronald Wobser, aged 56, was last seen on December 5, 1986, while fishing on Seneca Lake near Dresden, New York. His unmanned boat was discovered two days later, on December 7, near Newlander's Cove, but Wobser himself has not been found since. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being 5'9", weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
