Aren Washburn, a 22-year-old from Niagara Falls, New York, was last heard from on November 12, 2008. That evening, he called his mother, expressing love and an apology before the call abruptly ended. Hours later, Aren’s cell phone was found on the Rainbow Bridge, a pedestrian crossing between the U.S. and Canada.
