The following day, Julie's light blue Chevrolet Citation was found abandoned on Route 22, approximately three miles from her home. The vehicle was locked and in working condition, raising further suspicions. Julie and her husband were in the process of divorcing, and their final hearing was scheduled for March 5, 1991.
