Lee Earnest Fulton, a 59-year-old man, was last seen on October 17, 1993, at the Perdue Medical Center in Miami, Florida. At the time of his disappearance, Fulton was described as an African-American male, approximately 5'8" tall and weighing 115 pounds, with white hair styled in an afro and brown eyes.
