Donna O'Dell Sumners, age 25, was last seen on the evening of February 1, 1994, at her apartment in Brooksville, Florida. She had been living in the Candleglow Apartments with her husband, Monroe, and their five-year-old son. Donna had previously reported domestic abuse, telling police that Monroe had beaten her severely just two weeks prior to her disappearance, leaving her with hearing loss in one ear and visible bruises.
