Stacy Pennant, a 21-year-old woman from Brooklyn, New York, went missing on the night of February 9, 1995. Stacy was last seen in the Canarsie neighborhood after attending a movie with a friend. She was driving her recently purchased blue 1990 Honda Civic with New York plates E478RT and dropped off her companion on East 85th Street between Avenue M and Avenue N around 11:30 p.m. After that, both Stacy and her car disappeared without a trace.
