On April 10, 2023, a 15-year-old Hispanic female named Perez Lucia Carmelo disappeared from Dandridge, Tennessee. At the time she went missing, she had auburn hair and brown eyes. Her height was estimated to be between 4'8' and 5'4', and her weight was between 90 and 110 pounds. The community and her family were left with pressing questions and a profound sense of worry when she vanished, prompting an investigation by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office.
