Susan Marie Cummings, aged 30, was last seen on July 18, 1996, in the vicinity of the 2200 block of Hickory Street in Toledo, Ohio. Shortly before her disappearance, she had been evicted from her residence. Her family and friends have not heard from her since that day. At the time of her disappearance, she was struggling with health issues, and her teeth were in poor condition. She also had a surgical scar on her chest.
