Shirley Anne Gladney, a 20-year-old woman from Okolona, Mississippi, disappeared on April 9, 1999. She was last seen leaving her home on foot to pay an electric bill but never returned. Her family reported her missing three days later, on April 12. At the time of her disappearance, Shirley was 5'7" tall, weighed 125 pounds, and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans. She had medium-length black hair and brown eyes.
