Emmie Crystal Tuggle, a 41-year-old woman from Heflin, Alabama, was last seen on July 2, 2023, at approximately 7:00 a.m. in the area of County Road 25. Tuggle, who is described as standing 6'1" tall and weighing around 275 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes, may have been living with a condition that could impair her judgment.
