Vui Dao, a 32-year-old woman, was last seen in St. Louis, Missouri, on July 7, 2001, which was also her birthday. She was wearing black slacks, a pink shirt, and black high heels at the time. Vui, who had long black hair, stood about 5'3" tall and weighed around 120 pounds.
