Heather Kullorn, a 12-year-old girl, disappeared on July 15, 1999, while babysitting for family friends in Richmond Heights, Missouri. Heather had been staying at the apartment of Dana Madden and Christopher Herbert, caring for their two-month-old baby. At approximately 2:00 a.m., a neighbor reportedly saw a man carrying a child wrapped in a comforter out of the apartment.
