On the last day of the year, December 31, 2003, an 18-year-old male named Tremaine Curtis Blackman was last seen in St. Louis, Missouri. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a Black male with black hair and brown eyes, standing at 5'1' and weighing around 120 pounds.
