In the late autumn of 2022, concern grew for 39-year-old Willie L. Victory, a male resident of north St. Louis County, Missouri. Family members last had contact with him at his home on November 28, 2022. He was reported to the St. Louis County Police Department as a missing person on December 1, 2022. Prior to his disappearance, it was reported that Willie had made statements suggesting he might harm himself.
