Jack Eugene Waller, a 53-year-old man, was last seen on September 27, 2007, in El Cajon, California. His brother was the last person to see him before Waller disappeared. At the time, he was wearing a green shirt, blue jeans, canvas shoes, and possibly a light brown cowboy hat. Jack Waller suffered from schizophrenia and did not have his necessary medication with him, raising concerns for his well-being.
