Keisuke Koizumi, a 22-year-old Japanese student, was last seen on April 23, 2008, in San Francisco, California, where he was attending a language school. He left his hotel room, telling his roommate that he was going to deliver a computer monitor to a friend, but he never returned. All of his belongings were left behind in the hotel room he shared with another student.
