On a summer day in 2009, Eric Jackson, a 39-year-old man, was enjoying time on his boat at Lake Austell, located within Village Creek State Park in Arkansas. Tragically, he was seen falling from his boat into the water and has not been seen or heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Mr. Jackson was described as a Black / African American male, standing approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing around 250 pounds.
