Steven Earl Applegate, a 17-year-old high school senior from Plattsmouth, Nebraska, disappeared on February 8, 2010. He was last seen near the Missouri River toll bridge on U.S. Highway 34. Witnesses reported that he exited his car and jumped into the river. Despite an extensive search of the area, Steven's body has never been recovered.
