In the early morning hours of September 19, 2010, 29-year-old Joshua Merle Cavilee was on a camping trip with friends in Tuckerman, Arkansas. The group was off of Jackson 625 at a location known as Lockhart Landing. At approximately 3:30 a.m., friends reported that Joshua, who had been drinking heavily, passed out about ten feet from the bank of the Black River.
