David Jacquez Ortiz Jr., an 18-year-old from Silver City, New Mexico, was last seen on Halloween night, October 31, 2010. Ortiz had left his grandparents' home on Kimberly Drive to go trick-or-treating and visit a friend but never arrived. Witnesses last saw him around 9:00 p.m. on North Bullard Street.
