Leon Hayes, a 41-year-old man from Shiprock, New Mexico, was last seen on February 1, 2022. A member of the Navajo Nation, his disappearance has left his family and community searching for answers. At the time he went missing, Hayes was described as being between 6 feet and 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds.
