Steven Dick Kirchhoff, 22, was last seen on January 24, 1978, in Waterloo, Iowa. His disappearance occurred under suspicious circumstances. He had spent the previous night with his girlfriend and disappeared between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m. the following day, possibly from an apartment on Maxwell Street, near his parents' home.
