Richard Neil Forsyth, a 41-year-old man from Waterloo, Iowa, was reported missing on January 13, 1994, though he was last seen much earlier, on October 18, 1979. His disappearance is thought to potentially be linked to another missing person case, that of Steven Kirchhoff, a known drug dealer who vanished from the same area in January 1978.
