L.C. Matlock, 37, was last seen on July 5, 2004, in Waterloo, Iowa, as he crossed the Mullan Avenue Bridge. His sister, Josephine Matlock, was the last person to see him, watching as he disappeared into the distance. L.C. was wearing a white Denver Broncos jersey, blue jeans, and black Nike sneakers at the time. After this sighting, he was never seen or heard from again.
