Andrea Joy Hall, 18, was last seen on July 8, 1979, hitchhiking along the Pacific Coast Highway in Redondo Beach, California. She was picked up by Lawrence Bittaker and Roy Norris, two notorious serial killers who later became known as the "Toolbox Killers." They lured Hall into their van by offering her a ride, then abducted and murdered her.
