Theodore Jost Missing Person Case

Theodore Jost, a 42-year-old U.S. Army veteran, was last known to be alive around January 1, 1980, in Amherst Junction, Wisconsin. Theodore and his mother, Marie Jost, disappeared under mysterious circumstances, but their disappearance wasn’t reported until 2012 when the Social Security Administration requested a welfare check after failing to contact Marie for years. Although Marie’s Social Security checks were still being cashed, there had been no signs of her or Theodore for decades.
