Dwayne Marcellus Hill, a 25-year-old from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was last seen on October 2, 1995. He was out on a powerboat with six friends in Lake Michigan, celebrating his birthday. The group was about two miles offshore when they realized, about 30 to 45 minutes later, that Dwayne was missing. Everyone aboard had been drinking heavily, and despite an extensive search by the Coast Guard, Dwayne's body was never recovered. He is presumed to have fallen overboard and drowned.
