Carlos Alberto Diaz-Martinez, a 35-year-old man from Fremont, California, was last seen on December 30, 2023. He was reported missing after leaving his residence on Laurel Street. He was possibly carrying a blue backpack with tan leather accents, but did not have a cell phone with him, raising additional concerns.
