Bruce Falconer Missing Person Case

Bruce Falconer, a 21-year-old Marine sergeant, went missing on February 20, 1981, while home on leave in Bismarck, North Dakota. Having enlisted in the Marines at the age of 16, Bruce had recently been promoted and was preparing for a transfer to Yuma, Arizona. On the night of his disappearance, Bruce and his childhood friend, Timothy Jewell, visited several bars in Bismarck before heading to an area south of the city along the Missouri River, known locally as the "Desert."
