Norman Lynn DeVore, a 27-year-old man, was last seen on March 29, 1981, at his residence in Modesto, California. DeVore, described as 6'0" to 6'1" in height and weighing between 145 to 170 pounds, was wearing a Harley Davidson t-shirt, a blue, brown, and yellow long-sleeved wool shirt, and blue corduroy pants at the time of his disappearance. He has distinctive tattoos, including an Andy Capp cartoon character on his right forearm and a Star of David on his left forearm.
