Juan Carlos Herrera-Arias, a 24-year-old man, was last seen in Miami, Florida, on November 18, 1993. Originally from Colombia, Herrera-Arias had moved to Miami just nine months before his disappearance. He worked part-time in construction and lived in the Fontainebleau Park area. On the day he went missing, he was seen by a friend in a beige van, though it is unclear whether he was driving or simply a passenger.
