Julie's vehicle was found parked on the shoulder of Salt River bridge in the center above the flowing water, Hwy 60-mile post 292 by AZDPS for a few days with no one around. A family member had called DPS concerned for the welfare of Julie. She was traveling with everything she owned in her vehicle.
