Arthur Brandes, a 47-year-old man, went missing from Denver, Colorado, on September 13, 1996. Brandes was known for his struggles with alcohol and occasionally disappearing for short periods, which delayed his family from reporting him missing. It wasn't until November 19, 1996, that his family became alarmed after spotting his truck being driven by someone else, leading them to contact the authorities.
