Robert Patrick Picard, aged 37, was last seen on September 30, 1997, in Bunnell, Florida. He lived alone in a trailer on County Road 2006 and was reported missing by his landlord after he failed to perform promised work and stopped paying rent. Concerned, the landlord sent her son and grandson to check on him, where they found his bicycle outside, the trailer in disarray, and a large amount of blood inside.
