Scott Cluff, a 64-year-old lobsterman from Kennebunkport, Maine, was last seen on November 16, 2023, after setting out to haul lobster traps in a 12-foot aluminum skiff. He was expected to return by 3 p.m. but never made it back. When authorities were alerted later that evening, the U.S. Coast Guard, along with local agencies, launched a large-scale search operation covering over 700 square nautical miles.
