Kayla Rosa, an infant who was only five months old, went missing from San Francisco, California, on December 4, 2002. She is believed to have been abducted by a non-custodial parent. At the time of her disappearance, Kayla had brown hair, brown eyes, and distinctive circular scars around her wrists. Her height and weight were approximated to be about 2'10" and 30 pounds.
