Kayla Rosa, an infant who was only five months old, went missing from San Francisco, California, on December 4, 2002. She is believed to have been abducted by a non-custodial parent. At the time of her disappearance, Kayla had brown hair, brown eyes, and distinctive circular scars around her wrists. Her height and weight were approximated to be about 2'10" and 30 pounds.
The exact circumstances surrounding her abduction are not clear, but authorities believe she may have been taken by one of her parents.
Despite years of searching, Kayla remains missing. Age-progressed images have been released to the public in an effort to aid in her recovery, showing what she might look like at ages 10 and 17. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is encouraged to contact the San Francisco Police Department or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
