Audrey Chin, a 20-year-old woman, disappeared on July 8, 1981, from East Norwich, New York. She was last seen leaving her home around 10:00 AM to run errands at a nearby supermarket. Audrey never returned home, and later that day, her car—a tan 1976 Chevrolet Nova—was found abandoned in a parking lot in Plainview, New York, with three flat tires.
