Troy Kenneth Nelms, a 71-year-old man, was last seen on June 5, 2006, at the Paragon Gardens Board and Care Home in Mission Viejo, California. Nelms, who suffered from Alzheimer's disease, had been living in the care facility since December 2005 due to his tendency to wander and his difficulty communicating.
