Garrett Jacob Medina, age 35, was last seen on May 18, 2015, when he picked up his gray Dodge Ram 2500 truck from a tow yard in Mission Viejo, California. He informed his family that he planned to travel to Bend, Oregon, where some of his relatives lived. However, Garrett never arrived at his destination and has not been heard from since. His truck, which bears the California license plate #68434J1, also remains missing.
At the time of his disappearance, Garrett was transient and frequently stayed in areas around Newport Beach, San Clemente, and Lake Forest. He had black hair, brown eyes, and a number of distinguishing tattoos, including a spiderweb on his neck, and scars on his chin, nose, and left wrist. The Orange County Sheriff's Department continues to investigate the case, urging anyone with information to come forward. Despite the ongoing investigation, Garrett's case remains a mystery, and his family is still seeking answers.Last Seen: May 18, 2015
