In the summer of 2023, the community of Ashland, Kentucky, became concerned for the well-being of Timothy W. Ward Sr., a 60-year-old resident who vanished under distressing circumstances. His last known contact was on July 13, 2023. Prior to his disappearance, Mr. Ward was reportedly intoxicated and had made statements that caused alarm for his safety.
