In the autumn of 1984, a young boy named Chipley Charles Sanders vanished from a group home in Ashland, Kentucky, leaving behind a mystery that has endured for decades. At just 13 years old, Chipley, who was also known by his nickname Chip, was a resident of the Ramey/Estep Home for youths.
