Nehemiah J. Thomas Jr., a 23-year-old from Cocoa, Florida, was last seen on November 18, 2007, at his home on North Railroad Avenue. Thomas, who had a history of mental disability and previous hospitalizations, disappeared without a trace. At the time of his disappearance, he was on probation after a 2003 conviction for robbery and aggravated assault, which led authorities to classify him as an absconder. However, there was no clear evidence to suggest foul play in his case.
