Jack Nels Gordon, a 77-year-old retired teacher from Fort Garland, Colorado, went missing on October 2, 2008. He left his apartment that morning to visit his secondary property, a five-acre homesite under construction on Luke Road in the Sangre De Cristo Ranches. His vehicle, a 1994 Chevrolet, was later discovered abandoned at the property, but there was no sign of Jack.
