Juan Miguel Cortez Ramos, 33, was last seen on September 9, 2009, in Nogales, Arizona. He was reportedly crossing the U.S.-Mexico border with the intention of traveling to Phoenix. Originally from Nogales, Ramos is a Hispanic male with brown hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighed around 170 pounds.
