His sister, who lived on the same property, was the last person to see him when she brought him food that evening.
Baker, who went by the nickname "Jake," had several health conditions, including high blood pressure, diabetes, and early-stage dementia, all of which required medication. He had also suffered multiple strokes, which limited his mobility. At the time of his disappearance, Baker was not wearing his eyeglasses, despite needing them. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap and white sneakers with blue trim.
