In the late summer of 2011, amidst a backdrop of severe weather, 44-year-old Frederick David Coole vanished from Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania. The last known contact with him was on August 10, 2011. At the time, Frederick was a white male with gray or partially gray hair and blue eyes. He stood at 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighed around 140 pounds.
